Affiliate FAQ

1. How much commission do I earn?

You earn 10 % commission on every completed sale that comes from your unique affiliate link.

2. How do I get my unique affiliate link?

  1. Log in to your Avalon Fungi affiliate account.

  2. Go to the Affiliate Area page

  3. Copy the link shown under “Your referral link” – it will look like:

    Replace yourusername with your own username if you’re sharing manually.

You can:

  • Post it on your website or blog.

  • Share it on social media.

  • Include it in newsletters or emails.
    Anywhere you can share a URL, you can use your affiliate link.

Tip: Always copy the full link (including ?ref=...) so sales are correctly tracked.

4. When is a commission recorded?

A commission is recorded when:

  • Someone clicks your affiliate link and

  • Places an order on Avalon Fungi that is marked Completed in our shop.

5. How long does the referral tracking last?

Once someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie lasts 30 days.
Any qualifying order in that time will earn you 10 % commission.

6. How can I see my earnings?

Log in and visit the Affiliate Area page:

  • You’ll see your total earnings, number of sales and the details of each commission.

7. How and when do I get paid?

We process affiliate payments manually:

  • Monthly payouts (usually at the start of each month).

  • We pay via the method you’ve agreed with us (for example PayPal or bank transfer).

8. Can I earn commission on my own purchases?

No. Self-referrals (buying through your own affiliate link) are not eligible for commission.

9. Who do I contact with questions?

10. Key points to remember

  • Always use your unique referral link.

  • Make sure customers complete checkout for the sale to count.

  • Commissions are 10 % of the order total (excluding shipping and taxes).

  • Payments are made after the order is marked Completed.
