How we deliver your order.

1. Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only, by Royal Mail. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days, and Royal Mail typically delivers within 1–4 working days after that. Delivery options and costs are shown at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over £25.
2. Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, or hasn’t arrived within 30 days, email info@avalonfungi.co.uk with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we’ll replace it or refund you.
3. Returns
We do not accept returns of opened products. See our terms and conditions for details.
